Caker Street Cancellation Policy

For some definite reasons the customer can cancel the order request.
In such cases, the customer is advised to place the cancellation request before 3 days of dispatch. If the request is received after 3 days, an additional amount of £5 would be charged.

For some hostile reasons, Caker Street can also cancel your order. In that case the customer would get the full refund.

Caker Street Return and Refund Policy

At Cakerstreet, we take pride in delivering freshly baked, handmade cakes. As our products are perishable and made to order, returns and refunds are subject to the following terms:


1. Dissatisfactory Products

If you are not satisfied with your cake:

  • Notify us within 12 hours of delivery.
  • Return the cake within 24 hours of delivery.
  • The cake must be returned in the same condition as delivered, not consumed, not tampered with, and in its original packaging.
  • Email proof of return (courier receipt/tracking) to [email protected].
  • Return shipping costs will be covered by the company.

Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.


2. Damaged Products

If your cake arrives damaged:

  • Register your complaint within 12 hours of receiving the order.
  • Provide clear photos of the damaged cake and packaging.
  • Return the cake within 24 hours of delivery.
  • The cake must be returned in the same condition as received.
  • Email proof of return to [email protected].
  • Return shipping costs will be covered by the company.

Refund will be issued after inspection of the returned product.


3. Non-Return of Product

As our products are perishable, evaluation is only possible upon physical inspection.

If the product is not returned:

  • Refund requests will not be fully entertained.
  • Only a maximum of 20% of the order amount may be provided at the company’s discretion.

4. Collection Orders (Bakery Pickup)

For orders collected directly from our bakery:

  • Customers are advised to inspect the cake at the time of collection.
  • Once the cake has been collected and leaves the bakery premises, no refund or return claims will be accepted.

5. Return Address

All approved returns must be sent to:

6. Delivery Delays (Postal Orders)

  • Postal deliveries may be delayed by up to 24 hours from the scheduled delivery date.
  • Refunds will only be issued if delivery is delayed beyond 24 hours of the confirmed delivery date.
  • Delays caused by incorrect address or recipient unavailability are not eligible for refund.

7. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
